First, you need to know what funding streams are available. For information on where to find grants, you can ask colleagues and other charitable organisations to signpost you or contact your local Third Sector Interface. Once you have found the right funders, read any guides carefully and make sure you enclose all of the required forms and evidence that they ask for. Be concise, make it very clear for them to understand, assume they know nothing or very little about your work, you will need to make sure they understand how your plans fit their funding criteria stipulations. They will want to understand that you have covered all possible eventualities to deliver a successful project.
